We did pre-book, and I would recommend this because it has been very busy on both occasions. First visit, we didn't, we still got a table it was quite late in the evening the food was amazing better than I expected. Staff were lovely. The service was quick. I will definitely go back again, I would say roughly £10 an adult with unlimited soft drinks. Great deal, amazing food. Friendly service. Definitely worth a visit

Very good food. Love the staff. Great atmospher and very helpful even though my mum spilt a drink on me. They were also helpful with that. Food was nice and warm and the carver was great and we had a laugh. Great team of staff and overall great place to go to. 😁🥳

Waitress that served us was lovely. Very attentive and showed my little boy lots of attention which he loved! Definitely made the lunch easier. Food was good quality overall. Restaurant was a little messy and lamb overcooked but generally good.

Very relaxed and welcoming. . was really tasty and comforting!! Our waitress, Shelly, was delightful and very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back. They'd even laid on su shine!!

Had not been to a Toby Carvery for years but suddenly fancied going. Was not disappointed arriving at 1pm on a Monday lunchtime. A pleasant buzz to the place. Our waitress Lorraine was fabulous, checking in with us a number of times, the food was delicious and bottle of Rioja too. Chef carving meats was polite and friendly. Very reasonably priced. A Carvery is a Carvery and this one did not let us down.

We had dinner as a family. The beef and turkey were top quality. There is a salmon option if you are not a meat eater. The service is really quick. We had dinner for 4 and the bill came to £45.00. We had a leisurely breakfast on the Sunday and again the food was excellent. The coffee is not strong but you can have refills. Great value for money.

This is a brilliant restaurant the food is lovely and the staff are helpful, having said that the queue for the food needs widening as my wife is in a wheelchair and things need to be moved for her to reach the food. The staff did help and people in the queue let us go to the front so my wife could join us at the widest point. We have used it before the refurbishment without any problems but after it has left it with a narrower queue.

A pretty good carvery, with 4 meat choices when we visited. Meat is one go-around, but veggies are unlimited. Service was good even though the place was busy (early Friday evening).

Good eatery for a roast. I had the beef which was good this time. Veggies are a little overdone for me but otherwise what is to be expected. Service was fast and Neesa was attentive and pleasant. I was tucked away off the main area but she was still very good at checking on me.
