Lovely restuarant all the starters were amazing, my favourite was the chicken tikka, good portion sizes too, the prawn puree was very nice and spicy, the mains were beautiful, tandoori chicken was nicely marinated, i will be visiting more often, highly recommend this place!!

Easily the best Indian restaurant/takeaway in Rossendale.
The dishes are all authentic and not to oily like most others locally. They are very receptive to dietary needs and preferences, and will always have a good recommendation for anyone personal tastes.
I very much recommend the mushroom puri as a starter!

Hubby and I went early January one Thursday night. Had the £11.95 menu option which was delicious. Portions were a bit smaller than usual but still enough for us. Service friendly and prompt. Sadly only one other couple in besides us but it was just after Christmas and during the week. Have been several times in the past and never disappointed.

We've been a couple of times now and have enjoyed every meal we've had. The staff are friendly, and the food tasty. Portion sizes are bang on (enough to eat with not too much left over) although the rice portions may be on the small side.

After hearing many, mixed reviews - Wifey & I decided to go check for ourselves; and I'm happy to say that I'm glad we did... Food was excellent, portions were just about perfect for me - so obviously too much for Wifey! - service was also superb. The modern decor is a joy and the location could not be easier to access - don't know why this place isn't bursting at the seams... Will be back, soon, for more... *****

Came tonight (Valentine’s Day) for the first time and we were pleased with our choice. Easy booking online. Service was really good, little blonde girl who took our coats and got us our drinks was sweet. All the waiters were very polite and food was served quickly (which we like) but never felt rushed. Portion sizes good and tasted hot and fresh. I wouldn’t say the decor was to my taste but everything was clean and modern. Price was what I would say is the going rate. Came away with a little gift bag containing chocolate, wine a rose and balloon �� nice touch. Would recommend. Thank you Gate of India

Ate here tonight as part of their Charity Night for Rossendale Hospice. A small but lovely selection of food available on the buffet, a selection of starters and three curries to try, all of which tasted totally different. So impressed and everything was delicious. I can't wait to come back for a meal from the main menu!

Fantastic Xmas Do here 1st December 26 of us. Fantastic food. Service was fantastic and great staff. Made us feel so welcome would reccomend to anyone. In groups couples or anything. They can handle big parties of people. Very clean place. 5 stars from 26 of us.
