Store is always fully stocked, and always clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great food choices at great prices. I love the in store bakery.
What to expect from marks and Spencer's clean tidy good quality products and layout of the shop the staff very professional one of the best bits was no loud music so you can't hear yourself think unlike some other retailers

This M & S is open until 9 oclock and has a great selection and really good prices. It surprises me how good M &S is every time I go in. I brought this wind up metal Christmas tree that plays jingle bells for only 5 pounds.
Friday before Christmas and people were emptying the shelves faster than they could realistically be refilled and yet Doug and his staff were working tirelessly to make sure everyone had everything they needed and going the extra mile to run and find things in the stock room. All of that with a smile on their faces too - can’t thank you enough!

M & S at Eastwood Road, Rayleigh, is convenient for me. The shelves are always fully stocked with a huge variety of choice. The staff are pleasant too. The only downside hence hence why I have only given four stars is the price of some of their items which can be found cheaper at some other supermarkets.

Friend got birthday cake a day some fruit. We then noticed someone had drooped a food container on the floor so we told someone else in the shop and she cleaned it up.
It's a good store, they have a little of everything. It's not a massive store so you cannot complain about their range of products. The service is very good, staff are very friendly. Cannot complain about them. Its very disabled friendly, my nan can navigate her way wonderfully in her mobility scooter. A lovely place to go to pop in and get some good quality bits and pieces.
A decent selection for a midsize food hall. Good to have click and collect for food and home too. Customer toilets and a cafe are a bonus. The only downside is parking is an issue: it's own car park that you get rebated for is tiny, meaning you pay a lot at a neighbouring car park if you just want to pop in.
Great m and s branch. Well stocked and organised. Always fresh fruits and veggies to buy. I love their wood fired pizza variety and ready made meals you prepare at home. I recommend.

Went into shop for yoghurt, came out with a bagful as usual but pleased to say didn't spend as much as I thought. Staff always very helpful.
Please could we have more organic products, especially honey.
Understandable long queue outside but easy enough to move around inside...shame there is not a one way system. ..all keep clean at the checkouts by a very busy lady..keep up the great work.
