Absolutely delicious food!!! I thoroughly recommend this takeaway. My husband and I ordered from here last night, for the first time. The food was so tasty, there wasn't any grease. Portion sizes were great and we literally demolished the lot, too good to leave any! We rang our order in and it was ready quickly. The owners are really friendly too. Next time you are passing, pop in and grab a menu, loads of various dishes to choose from! You won't be disappointed! 5 out of 5 stars all the way!
The food here is absolutely amazing and the portion sizes are generous. plus it’s excellent value for money. The service is very quick and the staff are friendly and polite. Additionally the menu is large with options for both veg and non-veg.
Best Chinese food and chippy in Reading to be honest. Prawn toast is also a personal favourite, it is a little outside reading central Reading but definately worth the journey 👌🏾 You could also have a browse in the charity shop while you wait for your food 😉 Or simply gaze at the beautiful view of Coronation Square
This place is excellent value for money; they are friendly; prompt with orders; the food is very good. We had completely stopped ordering take out food from our usual places due to poor and it turns out on our doorstep was a wonderful service like this all the time and much cheaper. Great mushroom chowmein, great chips, great chilli beef, great monks vegetables, great mini spring rolls....
Staying overnight in Reading at a pretty ropey hotel. Gave this takeaway a go and so glad I did! Best ever hot & sour soup. Special chow mein was gorgeous and generous. Beautiful spring rolls. Lovely polite people running the place; just excellent 😀
Tried pretty much every Chinese in reading and surrounding areas and this place is just consistently good. Always polite staff, hot, fresh & very tasty food, very quick service. Couldn’t ask for more really.
We have been buying food from here for almost 20 years (live close by). Never had a problem, great variety to suit all tastes, food is always hot and tasty. Highly recommend!
Great food amazing staff great service best Chinese in the area we love it!! we had some singapore fried rice roast pork chow mean in bbq sauce was delicious and the crispy platter was a great audition this fed 2 adults 2 children I won't order from anywhere else !
Every fortnight for the last year I have been driving 10 minutes each way for to get my takeaway from Mike and his kitchen! The food is always fresh, hot and in generous portions! The menu has many options including Thai dishes and always delivers on quality! Always a super happy and polite greeting when I grab my collection. I recommend this place to friends on a weekly basis!
Last left a review about 18 months ago... here to update! The staff have done an excellent job taking over from the previous manageress, whom I personally miss speaking too, I hope she is doing well. The food is amazing, I am never disappointed. Portion size is generous, food always fresh and hot. Staff always greet you with a smile. We are very lucky to have Eastern Choice in the RG30 area, so let's take care of them, as they do us! Staff are approachable and aim to please you! If you have an issue with an order, speak to them and I am sure they will want to make good. My appreciation as ever.... Mr Stone
Best fish n chip shop/chinese in Reading! Food is always tasty and hot and the customer service is fantastic! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a bite to eat.

The best Chinese in Reading by far, staff are very friendly and actually speak to you rather than just saying two words. I’d highly recommend the sweet and sour chicken balls, chicken and black bean sauce and the shredded crispy chicken…you won’t be disappointed! The place is clean and has parking outside. Check them out!

I have frequent this restaurant every other week since the new management took over. Everything about this restaurant is exceptional! The staff are super friendly and attentive to my requests, shop is clean and smelled good (fragrant Asian cooking) and most importantly, the fish and chips are to die for (the fish and chips are cooked to perfection with satisfying crunch balanced with the perfect taste, i can eat this all day long).
The menu selections are extensive and covers a variety of authentic Asian dishes (in case you want to get something other than fish and chips). Another aspect which I loved about this stall is the quantity on top of its quality, you will definitely get more than what you paid for, superb affordability.
I have recommended this place to several friends within my close circle and they are generally amazed with the food and service provided. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food (quantity and quality) and service are absolutely amazing.
I would definitely give this place 10 stars if the system allows me. Highly recommended!!

The food is absolutely amazing! And is cooked very fast, which is even better if your in a rush to get your food. The customer service is always great, very friendly and everyone always has a smile on their face! The Chinese food is always bursting with flavour and the fish and chips are always so so good! The chips are always cooked perfectly, and the fish is so GOOD, I would definitely recommend eastern choice!!! Aswell as it is very clean too! Probably the best Chinese and fish and chip shop there is in the southcote area.

Best Chinese in the area without a doubt! Have never had a bad experience and we order from here every weekend. Delivery time is always good as well.
