Friendly staff that didn't quite manage genuine customer service. They seemed to be working hard and rushed off their feet. Ordered drinks but weren't told they were self service. The salad bar had several items that were empty. The self service soft drinks machine had major issues including running out of syrup. Despite informing staff about the drinks machine the issue wasn't resolved before we left. The pizza was great, the staff appeared to try hard but the experience was disappointing.

The salad was a bit wilted - the greens and the cucumber. Otherwise good service and the attentive staffs.
The brick column supporting the canopy outside the store has shifted from the base and the canopy precariously balanced. Surprisingly there were no safety sign or enclosure to warn the public!!

I had an absolutely amazing dinner at Pizza hut in Reading for my birthday today , the staff was excellent, it didn't take long for us to get served and the food was delicious. i Thank pizza hut for making my 13th birthday better than my other birthdays ♡♡♡

Good, quick service on the usual Pizza Hut standard. It has been a while since I have been here but the new look restaurant is good and functional. Would recommend!

TOP CLASS FOOD!
My son went here for his tenth birthday. The pizza, pasta, sides and ice cream were superb. Free salad had a lot of options. I am apologising that the kids mixed fizzy drinks in the unlimited drinks bar. The only downside is that it's just too expensive. We forked over £200. REDUCE PRICES PLEASE!

We got here just after it opened on a Monday during the school holidays and it was quiet for about 15 minutes. After that it filled up very quickly with families with young kids. The service was great throughout and the lunchtime buffet was ready to go when we got there so we didn't have to wait for our food. The food we ordered off the menu was also ready quickly so no one had to wait in our party of 6.
We also went for the bottomless soda so were able to refill our drinks ourselves as many times as we wanted to. The kids also loved the ice cream factory and the cookie dough dessert was delicious too.

Whilst I'm sure the Covid impact has completely changed the eating out experience for a lot of restaurants Pizza huts buffet menu while still an option, is no longer the fun experiemce it once was.. You can order at your table via the app which is clunky and somewhat confusing when it comes to ordering either drinks, side dishes or your extra pizza. Why its needed when a real person brings your food to the table but can't take an order is a mystery. They have put a great deal of effort into making this a clean sterile environment but in doing so you lose the fun..which is as much part of the experience as the food itself. The pizzas were fresh and hot, the side salad dry and minimal, as was the overall experience I'm afraid.

Bland! £20 spent and it didn’t really taste of anything. Luke warm onion rings that looked like that they hadn’t finished cooking, I could have got a pizza from a supermarket and it would have been nicer. I used to love Pizza Hut but certainly wouldn’t be go to this one again.
