A good authentic Bengali restaurant located 3 to 4 km is away from Reading Station.
The restaurant space is quite good. It can accommodate 20 to 25 people.
The quality years of the food is very good. We tried chicken Thali and fish Thali and both was up to the mark. It’s quite authentic- vegetarian Dal is a must try.

Absolute gem of a place. Tried the non veg thali and found every single item to be authentic and 10/10 in taste. Service was top notch as well with even the owner checking up on us.
Highly Recommended for those who are looking for an authentic Bengali food experience.

Food tastes just like it’s in Kolkata, we tried many items right from biriyani, radhaballavi, dhokar dalna, mutton rezala, misti doi, Bhetki paturi etc. All the items were lip smacking and cooked to perfection. It’s so nice to have authentic Bengali / Kolkata food in the UK, we shall return again.

Amazingly authentic Bengali food- highly recommend the Mutton Biryani and the Mutton Kosha with Luchi. Just need a comfortable room nearby for a much needed post-lunch nap!

We’ve been looking for a good Bengali restaurant for a very long time and we finally found one. The food was really good , although it took a bit of time to arrive (understandable). I recommend reserving a seat because the space is quite small and it gets full very quickly. (Reccomendations in the photos)

We are been there on several occasions. The food is too good to satisfy the gastronomy of true Bong foodie . Specially luchi with narkelli aloor daam, chop, both chicken and mutton Biriyani, chicken chaap. Missing their Sunday buffet though.

Most authentic Indian Bengali cuisines in UK, better than many big names in London!

Amazing food. The Thalis are the ones to try for a complete taste of the Kolkata. Thank you Adda Hut for bringing back the nostalgic flavours. We needed this authentic Indian cuisine in this part of the world

It's difficult to find authentic Bengali restaurant in UK, finally found one.
The food was delicious, specially the Calcutta style biriyani and fish fry and Bengali pulao are highly recommended.
Although I haven't visited the restaurant, but have ordered food from here more than once.
Looking forward to visiting the place personally.
Great food,, thank you !!!

We wanted to go somewhere local to celebrate my birthday and decided we go to the Adda hut. It was my first time, however my friends had takeaways before.
Pleasantly surprised with the food. Authentic kolkata food. Everything we ordered was amazing, special mention to the Tawa mutton, peas kachori/puri.
Staff were amazing and constantly making sure if everything was alright. Simple yet pleasant decor.
Drinks - not served yet - which I believe is a licensing issue and will be included in the coming weeks.
All in all highly recommended if you want to taste authentic Indian food.

Staying away from kolkata, sometimes make you a bit nostalgic about missing out on all the street food/bengali home food that kolkata represents and I was one of the many who have been searching a lot for it... Adda hut is one such authentic bengali restaurant which I discovered a bit late inspite of it being quite close to my house, but a restaurant that I would definitely recommend for anyone who is missing bengali food in and around London. Must try would be their fish fry, radhaballavi, cholar daal, bhetki paturi, mishti doi. I have tried the fish thali and I would definitely vouch for it all day.
The owners and staff were really very cordial and helpful. I am sure to come here on many more occassions with friends and family.

Authentic Bengali cuisine, would highly recommend the restaurant and better than any of the Bengali restaurants in central london and north London, which are frankly a waste of money, only the decor isnt that great but the food more than anything makes up for it.
