Had high expectations, but I don't think it really met those expectations. I liked the chicken fries. The spring onions made it feel much more fresh and 'gourmet' than something like KFC. The fried chicken had much more bite (crispy) than KFC which was nice, but didn't quite match the flavour in my opinion. The coating was a little bitter, and didn't really have much flavour in comparison to the peppery crust on KFC chicken.
Would probably eat here again, but would opt for a KFC most times

Foods great, service a little slow but it was lunchtime so they were rather busy, would have been nice if they'd opened the upstairs seating area as downstairs was getting crammed in the seating area
Sometimes the craving for moist, crispy chicken, fries, and a smattering of greens and mayo, is overwhelming.
On such (rare) occasions, I'm grateful to be able to wander in and enjoy Jollibee’s calm, clean and friendly service, and a tasty dose of carbs and fats.
My favorite fast food place in Reading. Tasty food, friendly staff. Always a good experience!
Good location in Central Reading and it's the best fast food chain in all of town. You need to try it since it tops Popeye's and KFC nearby. The chicken is never dry and the skin is crispy, not greasy at all. Their burgers are nice but there's a narrow selection. I would also offer complaints on their gravy that is far too watery and has an odd medicinal flavor to it. Otherwise, great.
Chicken was crispy and succulent. Service was quick and interior clean. My sister really liked the sweet-ish sauce on the spaghetti. My chips were cold however and it was a tad pricey for fast food. Worth a try for the chicken i'd say.
Tried it for the first time, and glad we did. The chicken texture and flavour is different and better than other competitors. The spicy chicken sandwich is a win. The peach mango pie was simply amazing. Must try if in Reading and looking for fried chicken options.
It's Jollibee you know it's gonna be good.
The 4/5 for atmosphere is because the public don't clean up after themselves. Then other people who come, come to a place with a dirty tray looking for seats.
(just to add, this isn't the staff's fault, its the public disregard to basic etiquette)
Delicious chicken, only had time to sample the 3 peice meal with gravy and it's to die for and had a cheeky whipped ice cream 😋
