Beautiful place for a relaxing drink. The food is great especially the red velvet cake. The tables could do with cleaning off of excess cups & plates, but it is a lovely decorated place with nice staff and a pleasant atmosphere.
Nice calm atmosphere nice music not too loud and nice friendly staff.
Visited here on a Sunday morning early and it was nice and quiet with a very helpful and cheery lady barista. The only downside of our visit was the tired furniture. Otherwise it was great and I'd go back for sure!

I am a regular customer at the Redditch Cafe Nero branch, the coffee is great but what really brings me back are the staff. Becky and frank are brilliant. Becky always has a smile on her face and always makes you feel welcome. 100% reccommend
Love the coffee and cakes, but generally looks as if it needs a good clean, lack if staff as usual and no WiFi which is a pain as it's like a Blackmore, no signal at all. Def used to have free WiFi!

Had a doctors appointment arrived early so we had a americano each and walnut and banana cake slice each sat outside in my wheelchair for ease but even though it was windy and a bit chilly we were warmed by the lovely coffee and cake cheered us up before doctors appointment!!! Vicki
Brought my mom and 2 yr old here, service was as quick as to be expected when they could only have 1 server behind the counter due to social distancing. The coffee was lovely and my daughter loved having her own chocolate milk in a takeaway cup like ours, which was served at a perfect temp for her
The staff on today (12.4.19 ) could not have been more friendly. Engaged with everyone who came in, especially an OAP who was on his own. Took time to sit & chat to him in-between serving. Well done girls....great coffee too!!
You know what..I've been to loads of Caffè Nero in lots of places in the country and most need to send their staff to smile and etiquette school. Not so with this one..the staff are inconsistently friendly, helpful, smiley and generally good eggs. The product is good but staff make such a difference

What absolutely amazing coffee shop. I have never been in a Caffe Nero before I always lose the other pink 2 in the UK which are corporate generic giants with no face or soul. Caffe Nero was so welcoming and the staff were so friendly I could not believe that I was in the United Kingdom in a coffe
