Played a gig there, the staff were great and danced along and the crowd danced along. Great place.

Nice clean rooms. Basic furnishing but I wouldn't expect anything better for the price.
Bed was comfortable and TV working ok.

Something very alluring about this pub. It could be the clever way they have done the front door, maybe it's the excellent Fleur-de-lis painted around a corner above the front door, or the chilled Moretti that is served.

Staff and patrons very helpful and welcoming. My room was clean with a huge bathroom.

On the exterior The Prince of Wales could be judged as a run if the mill middle of town pub, looking a little dated on the exterior.
But this would be such a bad way to start before heading in and giving the venue a chance.
There's a really nice sun-trap out the back with plenty of bench seating on the patio, a BBQ for a bit of summer grub and even a table-tennis table for a few rallies with friends.
The pizzas are absolutely delicious and the serving staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful too
If the above doesn't make it obvious, don't let the pre-judged ideas fool you. It's well worth a visit and maybe even consider a cheeky out of office meeting, in the pub. I know I sure will be!

One of our favourite local pubs, usually a good atmosphere & good choice of beers available. The beer garden is small but nice in the summer. No food available.

great vibe and service. live music which was really good. only thing I didn't know as a visitor is that they were only selling pizza for food. having said that the pizzas were top notch. very enjoyable evening

A pleasant and relaxing place to go for a drink after work. Staff are really friendly. Good safety measures for covid-19; wear a mask as you enter the pub and order at your table by texting your order to the phone number displayed.
