Luna rossa is a great little restaurant in Renfrew its owned by the same people that run the piccolomondo also in Renfrew food is of a high standard and delicious and a good price 2 course £5.95 (lunch time) which is great value

Christmas night out dinner and cocktails. Service a little slow to begin as was very busy. Server apologetic for delay etc. Food was beautiful and cocktails were well made and tasted beautiful. As night went on and got quieter service got better and offered more drinks etc promptly. Overall enjoyed food and drinks. Staff were very pleasant and attentive when needed.

Went here recently with my wife for the 1st time and really enjoyed it. Really nice inside, food was good and the service was excellent. Our waitress very friendly and chatty and couldn't do enough for us. I will definitely be going back.

First visit today. Staff were lovely and attentive enough without being annoying. Ordered seafood linguine for my main which was not flagged as spicy on the menu however when it came it was loaded with fresh chilli - way too much for my taste. I tried to give it a go but when the Maitre'D asked how it was I had to admit it was too spicy and ruining it for me. He quickly replaced it which was fab and I cleared the plate - it was delicious. It's service like that that makes you return to a place.
We had mozzarella and vine tomato along with meatballs to start which were all lovely, and my partner had the Luna Rossa pizza for main.
Only thing making it a 4 is the slightly overdone decor with so much of a focus on the moon that it looks a bit daft (I know it's the name, but still!), and that the blender for the cocktails should be moved to the bar area rather than disturbing the restaurant. Or buy a new one - it sounds like a hoover and drowned our conversation!!
But overall I was impressed. At less than £45 it's reasonably priced too. Will be back to sample more of the menu and hopefully bring some friends to try too.��

I was out with a group of 10 people and we’ve had one of the best restaurant experiences in a long time! The service was absolutely top notch the entire time. The food was delicious and we couldn’t believe what a reasonable price the entire meal and drinks were! Probably the best carbonara I’ve had. The staff even went out of their way to help us celebrate our friend’s birthday. We can’t wait to come back.

Had a fab meal from the Xmas menu, party of 9. I had Pate then seafood linguine and it was delicious. All the staff, especially the manager, were very attentive and even sorted us with a booth after our meal. Pleasantly surprised and would defo go back again.

Lunch deal 2 courses for £8 I think very nice not the biggest portion but good for lunch time ordered fries but half way through meal not arrived so cancelled them. Lovely place enjoyed would return 👍🏻

We were in tonight 13th may for a birthday celebration meal and during the meal a drink was accidentally dropped over my daughter accidentally by one of the staff she didn't finish her meal as she was soaked poor show Luna rossa even a goodwill guesture would have been nice birthday meal celebration ruined .thanks again

It's a lovely restaurant very close to where I live. beautiful decor, the food is very tasty at a very good price, a good selection of drinks especially cognacs. The staff are very helpful and friendly . Fully recommend it as I have been twice now and never been disappointed.

Not many places to eat in Renfrew but the place is okay. Staff can't do enough. Very attentive service. The food is a lot nicer than the local hotel. It's not Michelin star but everything I had was lovely with 2 glasses of Peroni $30.

Had my 70th birthday dinner at the fabulous Luna Rossa on Saturday night the food excellent, service first class nothing was any bother, would recommend it to all you haven't tried this restaurant. We will certainly return again.

I enjoyed my lunch today as did my daughter . Prices are great for main meals but i think extras should be available . French fries or Salad with lasagne for example and marked below lunch options. Free bread was great but i wasnt fast enough to get much against my guest.
Sweet was fatastic and we shared it as it was a special treat .

Have been to this restaurant a few times and always enjoyed it but I wasn't that pleased with the service last night. We waited quite some time to be asked for our drinks and food order, the drinks order was wrong and they also forgot to bring over my sons drink, I had to go to the bar. They forgot to bring my brothers starter and when it came out it was not cooked right. We should have pointed it out but we didn't have much time as we had to be somewhere. To be honest any other time I've been very happy and enjoyed it but not last night I'm afraid.
