Beautiful food. Clean and well laid out. Will be a regular visit

This Cafe surprised me, it's on the main road in Ystrad, parking is a bit difficult but worth finding a space and walking down. Menu is simple, but it has plenty of variety and options. I had a jacket potato and salad. It was lovely and fresh and plenty of choice. The choice of panini's and hot baguettes is really good. The service was friendly and the stay in dining area is lovely and clean. I will go back and try a hot baguette next time

We often pop in here to grab something to eat. The food is always fresh, and there is always so much to choose from. There is plenty of fresh salad, and then also plenty of hot food to choose from. The mixed rice is absolutely lush !! The girls in there are absolutely brilliant. Even when they are rushed off their feet, they always make you feel welcome, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I honestly recommend delicious if you've not tried it, yet you're really missing out !!

Go here most days for my lunchtime food while on break in work. Staff are always very friendly, polite and helpful. I usually have either the salad or a baguette and can not complain about the portion sizes or even the quality. Always fresh.

I like it here too my care wirker brought me here to also try this cafee been to five now all cafes are good place to eat and unwind

i love this cafe, good mixture of food available, plenty of choice if your watching the calories as well, the salads are lovely and fresh and the home made red devil sauce dressing is to die for! quality coffees and if your feeling a little bit naughty try the red velvet cake or jam and cream scones! friendly staff and a nice little cosy area, its definitely my favourite cafe around

Fab food and great service. Another great breakfast enjoyed here by the family this morning a reasonable price too. Lovely having the deli just on our doorstep. We will keep returning.

Always have a warm welcome and love the extensive range of salads and ingredients to choose from. Clean efficient and dynamic. You're doing a great job. Love the healthy eating and protein bars and shakes as well as the delicious mario ice creams. I will be returning and be no stranger as a great pit stop for healthy post wprk out grub being a stone throw from the sport's centre.

Delicious did a breakfast buffet at our home on the morning of our daughter's wedding ( saved us cooking ) It was stunning !!!! Fresh fruit carved in a melon , butcher's sausages , thick bacon , croissants , hams and cheeses .... Oh and steaming hot coffee delivered and set up by 7.30 !!!! Thank you xx
