Quality steakhouse in Richmond, best enjoyed when the Rugby is not on as it is less crowded. Inside the restaurant is beautiful, seating outside is not bad either. Food and drink was delicious and service was great.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best steak houses I've experienced in the area. I go for the steak without any sauce, and I believe it's the best decision, as the steak already tastes divine. I chose the sirloin, and it was a juicy, perfectly cooked delight with an incredible meaty flavor. The thick-cut chips are a harmonious blend of softness inside and a crispy, golden exterior.
My husband went for the classic burger, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious bread. The patty, while tasty, was ordered medium-well this time. However, he suggests going for medium on the next visit, promising it will take the experience to another level. And then there's the dessert – the churro is a delightful surprise, not oily like others, and the chocolate dipping sauce is amazing, boasting a strong, finger-licking good chocolate taste. The exceptional service, which begins the moment you walk in, adds to the overall experience. Every bite here is impressive!

Wonderful rib-eye - perfectly cooked and delicious! This was a lunchtime visit on a Friday, and it was fairly quiet. Really appreciated the absence of muzak! - it's nice when you can chat with your friends without having to compete with a lot of other noise. Easy to get to - Richmond Station (SW Trains and District Line, lots of busses). And when you're done, Richmond town centre has much to offer in terms of shopping, browsing or a walk down towards the river.

Wow! Amazing food. Great atmosphere and great service will definitely be back here, been living in Richmond for 8 years and never knew we had such an amazing restaurant!! Big well done to Elisa who was our waitress, all staff was also amazing! No buts or negative thoughts what so ever. I really hope the senior team can give those working on this Saturday evening get an appreciation! Food and drinks was un real!! Welcomed by Juan who made us feel the experience was already great!!

Stopped in without a booking and had a fab meal - we went for the 100 gram sharing platter and each cut was delicious and cooked perfectly. I had the banoffee pie for dessert and it was, quite possible, the best dessert I’ve ever eaten! Will definitely be back!

After working out an appetite walking around Kew Garden, my friend and I headed to Richmond for lunch. We checked our options and decided to go for this restaurant.<br/><br/>The place is spacious. It made use of black and natural wood colours that gave it a sophisticated yet homey look. The outlet also used plenty of natural light, giving the feeling of a more open space. I liked the place. I think the interiors was tastefully done.<br/><br/>It wasn't busy when we arrived, with only a handful of tables occupied. We got to choose our spot and chose a corner table. The staff was very nice and attentive. She made a few recommendations and described the house specials when we asked. We quickly identified our choices. We had gambas and calamari fritti for starters and roasted pork belly and steak milanesa napolitana for our mains. We agreed to share so we can both try more dishes.<br/><br/>The food was served fast. The calamari was really nice. It was thinly cut, lightly coated and crunchy. The accompanying garlic mayo had beautiful flavours. It was a good pick. The gambas looked and tasted differently from what we expected. We had the Spanish tapas version in mind. Having said that, it was not bad. It had subtle flavours and light acidity from the combined wine-garlic-lemon ingredients. The pork belly did not look appetising on the plate. The side salad looked like wilted leaves and the pork looked boring. It was a thick cut, slightly dry and a tad too salty. The bbq sauce was mild tasting and balanced the salt on the pork. It added flavour to the dish but there was not enough of it on plate. I would suggest having it on the side and allowing guests to determine the amount to put on the dish. The sweet potato fries that came with the dish was delicious. The steak milanesa napolitana looked huge on the plate. It looked delicious. The steak itself was tender while the tomato-cheese topping was flavourful. Together, the tomato-cheese flavour drowned the steak. We barely tasted the steak. It felt as if we were eating margherita pizza. I would suggest the chef to recalibrate the balance. This could be a good dish.<br/><br/>The place looked every bit promising - from beautiful interiors to chilled ambiance to good menu selections to reasonable pricing - but the food was a bit of a let down. We were underwhelmed by the dishes we had. I hope the place can improve and live to its potential.

What are the odds of having a waiter that speaks English and Spanish and was born in Portugal serving a table with two portugueses and two spanish customers? That was what really happened!Great meat and service (portuguese guy is the best!).<br/>For me desserts are the best in this restaurant, all fresh, all homemade.<br/><br/>Give it a try, order a good piece of meet, a great wine to go with it and finish with one of those amazing a caloric desserts!<br/><br/>Don't forget to bring good friends, the place has an amazing ambience, suitable for groups!
