The White Swan - Richmond-upon-Thames - Photo album

Wonderful Sunday roast lunch with all the trimmings in a gorgeous traditional English pub, just off the Thames riverside at Richmond. Food was delicious. Staff friendly and dogs welcome. Very popular; we wouldn’t have got in had we not booked 2 days earlier. Will definitely come back; the burrata st
Great spot for a Sunday lunch or a pint after a walk on the river. Great choice of ales. Loads of seat at the bank for sunny days. Friendly staff even in a busy Sunday. Sunday lunch great, normal choices but starters where great also. Look forward to heading back
Lovely pub by the river not far from Richmond Lock, which is interesting in itself. Try their sunday roast - always good, well presented platters. Their rib eye steak,, , to die for! We got a warm welcome on arrival from the waitress, she was courteous and friendly. The service was excellent and the
Really nice pub to hang out in on a beautiful lane in Richmond. Elevated food which we really enjoyed and very generous portion sizes! Super friendly staff.
Pleased with our Sunday Lunch at the White Swan. It's a nice, quiet location in Richmond with a warm atmosphere inside. The only downside is that the conservatory at the back where we were seated definitely feels like a step-down compared to rest of the place. The food was good, I really enjoyed th
Walked in and was welcomed by some locals and barman Declan playing trivia to pass time. We ended up staying 5 hours and got a local history lesson. We walked out with smiles on our faces and full belly’s. What a great pub experience. Thanks for having us. All staff very attentive. Thanks to Graha
The best Sunday Roast I've had since I moved to London! Have been there few times with my girlfriend and recently invited my parents to have a lunch there with me while visiting me in London. We all love this place and will be coming back there every time when in Richmond.
Had a lovely visit to The White Swan in Richmond. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and our server, fresh back from a break, was genuinely friendly. It was heartwarming to see many older locals enjoying their time, either with lunch or a drink. A cozy gem in a beautiful Richmond neighborhood.
Very good food with an original selection of starters and choice of real ales, served quickly and with friendly service. A very pleasant Sunday lunchtime in the garden, would definitely like to come back again to sample the rest of the menu in this well-run and cosy pub in a great location for all t
Richmond's White Swan provides some of the best pub food I have had. Both our mains were very good. My chicken, mushroom and bacon pie was prepared in their kitchen. It was full of the three ingredients and the flavor was wonderful.
Simply perfect. Great food. Lovely service.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting your establishment and must say, it was an exceptional experience. My partner and I enjoyed a delightful evening of fresh oysters and champagne, and we were blown away by the quality of the food and service. The oysters were incredibly fresh and expertly shuc
Thank you so much to The White Swan for hosting our meal on our wedding day. The staff were so lovely and the food was delicious. We were so pleased that this lovely local business were very happy to accommodate our plans - thank you!!!!
A great Sunday roast in a quaint traditional pub. A mix of visitors and locals just a stones throw from the river Thames and Richmond Green. The dessert are huge and delicious so save some room. In winter there are open fireplaces so makes the place very cozy on a cold Winters evening.
Small cosy pub with garden. Not overly noisy. Good for talking easily . Friendly
A lovely pub tucked away from the crowded pubs near the center of Richmond. It's not far from the center but being on a residential road, it feels more homely, inviting and cozy. Both the staff and visitors to the pub were very friendly. We ended talking to people from South Africa and Greece... The
This is one of the first restaurants we visited after moving to Richmond and it was well worth another visit. The roasted onion soup was a wonderful start. The pan fried duck with the green beans and surprise little apricot was why we came back and was still exquisite. The tiramisu was quite good, b
Amazing Sunday roast, we had pork belly, haggis scotch eggs, sticky toffee pudding. Everything was tasty and in large portion. Service was really nice. Booking recommended.
