Absolutely brilliant fish and chip shop on Ham Parade! Everything was cooked to order, and delightfully fresh. I've rarely seen such generously proportioned plaice (they were massive) and the chips were crisp and well seasoned. Prices are competitive. The service is excellent here, too; staff are friendly and there's great banter with the customers. Highly recommended. ✨✨✨✨✨

The best GLUTEN FREE fish and chips!! If you are alergic, ask for them to cook it in different oil. It is so good that my friends prefer the gf now.

Took my dad here for a meal. Large cod and chips x 2 well, the cod was bigger than the plate. Was lovely and fresh with loads of meat on it. Chips were good too. And it's halal which means the fish is cooked separately to the meat.

Glad I gave this place another try.. So much better now it’s under new management. It was great when it first opened but then went downhill once it got sold… thankfully that arrangement didn’t last too long and it has now changed hands once again. I was speaking to the new owner who is a really nice guy and he was telling me how he is related to the first guy that owned it.
The standard is back to where it was when it first opened, making it the best option for fish and chips in the area. Always nice and clean in there and importantly the food is always fresh and is cooked to order… this may mean a bit of a wait, but it’s well worth it. most of the time I call and order 15 mins in advance to cut out the waiting around in the shop.
The highlight is of course the fish and chips which is extremely good, but I also highly recommend the chicken burger meal which is a breaded fillet fried to crispy perfection, in a bun with lettuce and mayo, with a side of chips plus a drink all for £6.90.

I have tried FishnChips at a lot of places, and the best is in Fremantle, Australia at Cicarellos. But this here, for a small friendly neighbourhood Chippys, is very good. Its the best in the Richmond/Kingston area, and ive tried most in the area including a famous dine-in at Richmond, i dont go anywhere else anymore. The batter is light and crispy, not heavy and soggy. If Cicarellos is 7/5 stars, this one is 5/5 stars. This is under a new management since 7 months ago, so not sure how it was before. But the people there are a good friendly bunch. Please try it! 😬👍
