Really friendly and hardworking staff, all made us feel very welcome. Amy, in particular, greeted us when we arrived and then helped sort out a slight mistake with the order, but all staff - kitchen, serving and cleaning - seemed lovely.
Busy place, but we are always greeting (twice a week) with a big smile by Amy and lovely David. He is always kind and helpful. If he is a manager - well done, customer service 10 out of 10 - if not, promote him!
Went just before closing & they were absolutely lovely & gave me a few extra bits because they didn’t have what I ordered. Wasn’t an issue at all but was a lovely gesture. Staff were so kind & generous! Thank you :)

This branch is too good. Every item was available and was delivered within minutes. That's how fast food chains should work. Excellent 🤝🏻

Fast, clean and friendly. Seats and toilets upstairs. Turn left out of Richmond station and you are there in minutes.
Couldn't be better. What can I say! McDonald's is always the greatest time of my life. On this occasion, I was there with my wife. I was newly wedd.
