New Taj Mahal - Richmond - Photo album

We went here for my dad's birthday. Such delicious food and kind staff. A member of our family had dietary requirements and they were more than happy to accommodate. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely return when we're next in Richmond!
5 🌟 plus. Fantastic and very tasty food and the Cobra beer was ice cold just how I like it. staff were extremely professional and inviting. Well worth paying a visit with your family or on your own. would highly recommend to try this restaurant out. I will be going again for sure.
Very friendly obliging waiter. Delicious food.
Our meal was really delicious; the service was friendly and prompt (great when you have a hungry 6 year old and 9 month old with you!). The staff were also able to advise on suitable dishes for our food allergies. I'd recommend this place.
It's a Bangladesh restaurant, thought it was Indian, the waiter explained. The best lamb biryani so far. Freshly cooked, lamb soft, taste is sooo good. Fish bhuan is the same freshly cooked however, i tasted the tomatoe and bell pepper they've used are not fresh, it's one of those pre chopped and ke
Fantastic staff really good food and good price the Owner Taj was really warm and inviting. Already booked for Saturday night. Best indian food i have had up north. Keep up the great food and hospitality
Visiting Richmond first time. Booked table arrived to be escorted to our table. Lovely waiter Adam looked after us. Food was by far the best we have ever had. However the bill was a huge shock £57.00 turns out we had been charged over £21 for a bottle of house wine. My astonishment clearly show
Food and service were excellent, staff friendly and helpful. MThe bill was surprisingly higher than expected. Can't really grumble, but you can expect to pay £30-35 per head for mains and a couple of beers. 4.5 would be my award if .5 were available.
Best Indian restaurant in Richmond, nice wines and good service. Food is exceptional and well presented. No frills but great chilled atmosphere. Prices competitive.
Always a good meal from the Taj Mahal, have been here many times. The restaurant itself could do with redecorating as it's looking tired and I don't remember them ever taking card in the years I've been going (always told the machine is coming next week - ok then). But, the staff are always friendly
A very friendly establishment, the manager couldn't do enough for us, he even remembered our order after being once before the previous week. The food is of very high standard and is very delicious, the loyalty card scheme is an excellent idea too. We definitely will be back again x
The best meal I've had in a very long time, if you are in the area make sure you visit Taj Mahal. Staff, food, drinks second to none and lovely venue. We will be back very soon
Great food, friendly service. Young lad Adam well what charming manners a credit to your parents. Would not hesitate in eating here again.
Fantastic meal tonight. 1st visit definitely will be back next week. My son had the chicken korma and I had the chicken tikka alfredo. Both were out of this world. This restaurant is recommended and is a must
Recently had a takeaway from Taj Mahal. The popadoms and pickle tray were really good. All the main courses were excellent especially the chicken tikka masala and the rice and nan bread spot on especially the mushroom pilau with spiced mincemeat. Will definitely make the effort to go back.
