The Bolton Arms Downholme - Richmond - Photo album

Stayed a night over on our journey and we loved it here. We rang ahead because we were worried that we wouldn’t make it in time for dinner, they went to extra mile to reserve a table ahead for us (on a very busy night!). Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff were kind and attentive. O
A little gem - we had a lovely stay. Our room was warm and cosy beautifully clean and well equipped. The service was great as was the food!
Downholme has only 17 dwellings but it also has this perfect pub/Inn. Good food, drinks, even cocktails. Comfortable accommodation and a fine breakfast. A social hub and great place for walkers, cyclists etc.
Welcome to the warm and friendly Bolton Arms. I travelled across Europe by road, overnighter on a ferry, and eventually ended up at a B&B that wasn't even my first choice! Well, it really should have been. Beer; excellent! (The Black Sheep on tap is poured perfectly). Room; magnificently appointed
2 nights B&B here, old building with small rooms, but we loved it the room was well organised and on suite, food great staff great. The locals were great.
Great old pub, friendly and welcoming with good quality food and drinks on offer. Superb location.
Had an anniversary lunch here. Lovely local pub/restaurant with friendly good humoured staff. Nice views, easy parking with plenty of space. Will use again! Didn't stay so can't comment on rooms, but bar and restaurant are excellent.
Beautiful location, lovely layout, good service and excellent food, hence the five star rating.
Nice quiet pub, lovely beer garden with nice views. Very friendly staff. Doesn't allow dogs inside but ok out.
Comfortable place to stay in a great location. Friendly hosts and good food too.
