The food was brilliant, and the actual restaurant was modern and clean. Lots of space, however, I would book in advance if you have big crowds. The prices are what you would expect from a decent restaurant. Overall, a good experience.

Now see the food was top notch and the place in general was lovely however the whole experience had a dampener in the form of the waiting staff, now I know these young girls probably have better things to do than wait on a table of 7 celebrating 40 years of British marriage but they could have forced a smile now and then! Luckily 40 years of marriage doesn't come without its fair share of ups and downs so I guess it's quite fitting in a way 🤣my parents are still married so all is well in a "big picture" kind of way but look ladies (young waitresses) it wouldn't kill you to whack a smile on your dial now and then!!!

My wife and I always enjoy visiting La Piazza. Last visit we went with a couple of friends and the time before with my brother and his wife for a special anniversary meal. A meal at La Piazza is always good whatever the reason for going. We particularly enjoy it if we are tired and pop in on the way home from babysitting or after a holiday. it's the perfect spot. Lovely food, no hassle, top service and great value.

Staff were friendly and attentive. The gluten free options are very wide ranging.All the food we had was hot and very tasty.
Definitely the best Italian restaurant I have been to in 20 mile radius I go. Lots of seafood in the pasta dish, which is rare nowadays.

What a lovely place to spend the evening and wonderful service
This was the perfect place to dine on one of the hottest days of the year with lots of outside seating and air con inside, lots of natural light, really lovely
I had the linguine with prawns and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of prawns... It was delicious my other half had his favourite chicken Kiev and he said it was the best he'd ever had!! Can't get better than that

This is my first 4⭐ review! And it has to be split 50/50 between the chef and the service! 5⭐ goes to the chef and main cook for the really tasty meals, however a 3⭐ goes to the service... Booked a table for two over the phone. The seat was mucked up with a some green object like a piece of rocket/arugula, table was sticky and there was no napkins provided either. Had to ask for the napkins twice, and they eventually arrived! The cutlery was flying from the service jiggling loudly in the cupboard or on the floor! It wouldn't be fair to give just a 3⭐ I hope this review brings the management attention just to change a few bits and a full 5⭐ experience can be given!

Stopped in for a late lunch. Really liked the seating options, balcony or just inside the open bifold doors or further inside the large dining area. As it was really sunny we say just inside and it was very relaxing.
We chose a pizza each, crunchy salad and fries. It was all very tasty, large portions and very good quality. The prices were very reasonable, service was quick and the staff were charming.
Decor, parking, service, price, quality and clean facilities were easily 5 star. We'll definitely return

Been staying in Richmond for a few days and thought we would try here for a treat. An absolutely amazing place. Everything was brilliant from the food to the service. The staff very welcoming and friendly especially Chico (sorry if I have spelt this wrong) was great. Will defo be back here on next visit to Richmond

Went for lunch today. We were greeted at the door and shown to our table. A member is staff quickly came for our drinks order and took our food order as we were ready. Hubby had spiced beef tagliatelle whilst I had linguine de la mere. The food was delivered in a reasonable time and both were absolutely delicious. We were too full for pudding! Both meals were well presented and delicious. Highly recommend.

This must be one of the best places I've been to. Food fabulous! Staff attentive with out getting in the way polite helpful. Practicing social distancing fantastic. Cleaning down and clearing fabulous. Unlike some places I had to ask who manager was not to complain but to say what a great time we had on our anniversary. Manager was in there working unlike in some places. Highly recommend if in Richmond. Fabulous

We loved our pizza and mixed seafood. The seafood came with sea bass, salmon,mussels and lobster in a gorgeous spiced sauce. The photo shows it showered in parmesan. It's truly divine.

Service was great food was okay the only down side is we told members of staff there was mess on the toilet seat and as we went back an hour later it was stil there so only one toilet in use

Perfection. We arrived from Sheffield not having booked but were seated within 2minutes although very busy. Food was stunningly tasty and we were not rushed between courses as sometimes happens on Saturday evenings. If we visit Richmond again we will certainly revisit. Keep up the good work
