I ordered lunch to be delivered for my Mom: meatloaf, mashed potatoes & gravy, and mixed vegetables. She LOVED it!! Thanks for providing wonderful home cooking! We’ll definitely order again!

Ate at brooks for the first time today. Had breakfast, food was fresh and cooked well. The service was great, i can't remember her name but the waitress that served us had a great attitude and personality. And the atmosphere is very relaxed and laid back. I will be eating there again sone.

Amazing food! The place looks a little dive bar-esque but don't let that fool you. The quality of food is on par with mom's and grandma's cooking!

This local dinner always has a colorful mix of patrons . There are local regulars and plenty of travelers from out of town. The food is always cooked just right and plenty of it. The food is seasoned well, hot and tasty. The waitstaff and owner always treat everyone like family.

We arrived at this vintage diner at 10 on a Saturday morning, part of a large group of cyclists meeting in favor of a bike lane on Brook Road. The atmosphere is "quintessential vintage diner." As a kid I was a paperboy that delivered to three such establishments in my hometown, and Brook's would have blended right in with them, no-nonsense decor, with a friendly staff on a mission to serve up a delicious breakfast fast. The flavorful coffee was better than the usual diner joe, and I'm confident that, if we hadn't been such a large group descending on them all at once, the service would have been prompt. As it was, my partner and I realized that we had been too slow to order and would miss our friends coming for a baking day if we didn't get home soon. Though under pressure to serve up the meals to the rest of the group, our server graciously bagged up our breakfasts and sent us on our way. The ride home was made tantalizing by the aroma wafting from the well-packaged meals, kept warm enough for us to enjoy as soon as we got to the house. What particularly stood out were the sausage biscuits. My partner is something of a connoisseur when it comes to this dish. Originally a country girl, she has developed a cosmopolitan palate. She praised the fluffiness of the biscuit, the creaminess of the sauce, and gave special commendation to the seldom-achieved feat that the sausage maintained its distinct umami flavor even within that sea of gravy. She declared the biscuits, "The best I've had in many years." We would love to incorporate Brook's Diner into our Saturday morning rides, a fit reward for miles pedaled. It would be great if we could bike there safely in a bike lane.

I love Brooks Diner. My co-workers and I frequent this place all the time. And you know when a place is good when you can walk in and the staff remembers what you like to eat and the way you like it cooked and presented. The food, the staff, the service are all top notch. If you are looking for somewhere to take yourself, someone else or the crew stop in and enjoy yourself.
