When I say, this must be the best waffle house in Richmond, Tri-Cities area I am so serious! The staff was beyond courteous and very much on top of our order because we were taking a little while to make our mind up. They weren’t rude, nor did they rush us! And did I mention the food was amazing!I definitely don’t mind traveling across town to come here

They were lil bz when I came 2 visit. Our waitress was working hard to handle all the orders coming from each client. I wanted the full booth but guest had jus left so wasn't prepared yet🥺. The waitress defenetly did her best to get our oder prepared & served in timely manner, greatly appreciated. My burger was good to the last drop, my hashbrowns needed a lil moisture. But we're prepared exactly how I requested.

Now this waffle house has always treated me so good. Even though the staff is handi ABLE, he took his time and reread our ordered back to make sure it was correct, and had no issues with fixing and mistake. Love this waffle house. Will definitely go out the way to come here. DO NOT GO TO ONE ON MIDLOTHIAN, HORRIBLE RUDE WAITRESS AND COOK. go after 7am

We visited about 3 mo ths ago on our way to Chapel Hill. NC. The food was very good and the ERNTIRE safe was very friendly. As soon as we walked in the door we were noticed and welcomed. Wish thete wad one near us in NH!

Great experience. The two guys working there last night were nice and chill. It was clean and quiet and the food was delicious and hot. They even made us a fresh pot of decaf. My husband and I had just spent all day working the marathon and needed a lot of food and a calm atmosphere. We were actually looking to get delivery from somewhere but were craving a big breakfast so we compromised. Waffle House was perfect. Thank you!

Was extremely busy around 11 a.m. Sunday. Killed an hour and a half and returned. Was STILL extremely busy. To my surprise, the hostess seated me promptly and the adventure began. Ordered a simple "All Star Breakfast" with coffee and orange juice. The coffee was COLD! Given the busyness I was perplexed. My meal arrived quickly and the service was quite well. Unfortunately, the sausage was cooked ahead so that too was COLD, as well as being dry and hard. Previous visits have been at slower times and as advertised "good food fast". I recommend visiting at slower times for better quality of food and drink but commend the short staff for their efficiency and perseverance.
