When I ordered, I requested NO plastic utensils or napkins in my to-go order. I picked it up at the carry-out counter, and looked in the bag. Utensils and napkins were in there. I asked the woman if she would take the utensils out of the bag, as I hadn't touched them. She said she couldn't, because the bag had gone over the counter. So much for trying to reduce plastic waste, and save Panera some money. Please ask your employees to pay attention to customer requests.

Busy on a weekend afternoon, it is a busy area, but the service here is always up to par and quick. And the food was fresh, the coffee always great, and the desserts were great too. Clean and inviting. Good seating. Just a classic Panara.

Ordered online, they were out of bread bowls but gave us a call and were VERY accommodating. I love them, I love their food, they work so hard. Superstars. All of them.

No one ever came to the counter to take my order or direct me to automated order system. I figured out the automated system on my own. Coffee was good. Restaurant was clean. Atmosphere was good. I was there for a business meeting.

Food is very tasty but preparation is quite slow. Do not under any circumstances use the drive thru! You will literally spend 20+ minutes waiting. Panera's menu and food prep is not suited to drive thru. But when you finally get your food it will be tasty.

Last Wednesday, we ordered on the kiosk, and there was a miscommunication between the kiosk and the card reader, but the feedback was unclear, so I wasn't sure whether or not my order went through, but it was paid for. The staff saw me looking perplexed and we sorted it out. Where computers fail, the staff makes it right. Thanks!

Do not recommend going on Sunday afternoons, very busy and space is not very large. Just a heads up!

Everyone is always friendly here. The food is pricey for soups, salads, and sandwiches, but it's consistent. Don't love the "pizzas", but other stuff is good. I do miss their curbside, but staffing is hard. Sometimes the drive thru is long, but this isn't the fastest of fast food, so I suppose that's to be expected.
