My fiance and I visited your store yesterday evening. As we were standing in line deciding what to get, the customer in front of us was extremely nasty to the employee who was taking the order. The customer was verbally abusing this young girl ( I do not know the employee name but she is Asian) and it was disgusting. Your employee was calmly trying to explain to this customer that the waffle cones were not "burnt" as the customer was trying to claim. The unruly customer made a complete scene even going as far as to curse out your employee. Your employee handled it the best way she could have after such verbal abuse. After that customer left she took my order and was kind and courteous and I commend her for not letting that previous jerk of a customer rattle her. The ice cream was great and I will definitely return.

Coldstone never disappoints. My daughter and I love stopping by here to grab a cup of whatever new interesting mix of ice cream, brownies, and sprinkles they have created.
I chose a revised birthday cake flavor, it was extremely good, and the girl who made it gave us an enormous amount if ice cream that I was super excited to dig into.
This location is always friendly and inviting. I will be back for sure.

The cashier was so kind and nice. He even took the little chocolate chips out of the cookie dough mix-in for me. They give veteran discounts which is great! The only complaint I have is I always look forward to homemade waffle cones but I noticed this time that the cone came out of a sealed plastic sleeve bag. It also did not taste fresh like normal. I dont know if cold stone is going to pre-made waffle cones or if this is a decision of this franchise holder but I was Highly disappointed.

My experience at this Coldstone was exceptional!! I stopped here on my way to NC and was very impressed with the service I received, and the ice cream itself. I came in this Friday and ordered the birthday cake remix. The line was fairly long but I did not wait long. I am usually not the type to leave a review, however, I felt compelled to comment on the excellent service.

I ordered the Midnight Delight Cake online. It was ready at the time I requested, the staff was friendly and helpful. It just took a couple of minutes to get the cake out of the back. Name spelled correctly as well. I have never ordered an Ice Cream Cake from Cold Stone. Worth the money. Cake was dense and fresh and the ice cream was delicious! We will be back!

Great ice cream as always! Serving was a little small today. When a serving of ice cream costs 7-8 dollars, it should be a full serving. Best way to beat the heat today and service was quick.
