Went to the 360 west Arby's is absolutely wonderful. Hot fresh food, wonderful staff. Building was clean. 10 out of 10.

It is a nice place in general. Somehow, I enjoyed the food. Continuous training in service and keep the place clean and checking their bathrooms will be a good idea and very helpful.

Stopped here during a road trip to use the restrooms. The interior was super nice and everything was very clean! Didn’t try any food but beautiful restaurant. When we walked in the employees seemed very kind.

A little Slack on the amount of Roast Beef I got on my sandwich. And I asked for a specific number of Arby's sauce I would like and only got half. Besides that, the food was good and fresh and I was in and out of there quickly with only 2 cars ahead of me, that got through quick. 😊

I am a huge Arby's Fan !! There's not too much on the menu I haven't had from multiple locations between Maryland and Virginia. I have never had a food issue at any of them, including this location. The issue at this location is the drive-thru. I would much rather go inside at this location than to drive thru. I'm not too sure where the disconnect is. I have had to argue over being shorted in my change, I have even had to dispute what "I" ordered. If the store manager happens to see this, please feel free to email me so I can fill in the details.
