Well I have come here a few times in the past and I must say though the food was good the customer service was not!! The kids in there were always rude , not helpful or caring the only thing they cared about was being on their phones and horseplaying. I made complaints to management about this but they were just as bad!! However I came in on Monday and looks like the place has turned for the better the lady working at the front counter who was also a new manager and lol happened to be named Stephanie was amazing!! She really went above and beyond for me kept checking on me assuring my meal was good amd she was so nice and pleasant!! A+ for hiring this woman and please keep her around because she is a positive asset to your location!! I will continue to return now and tell my co workers and friends as well!! Please let her know how much she impacted my decision and going to keep me a returning customer!!!

I got the deluxe seafood platter and the fries were hard like they were cooked in the microwave, the shrimp were over cooked, the stuffed crab might of had two flakes of crab. The best part of the meal was the fish, hushpuppies and coleslaw.

Our family ate at this Captain D's tonight and not only was the food hot, fresh, and delicious but the customer service was PHENOMENAL! I have been to high end restaurants and not received the customer service that we received tonight from Stephanie. She was so helpful and friendly. She came over and checked on us once we had our food and just truly went above and beyond for not just our family but everyone that came in while we were there. Another customer and I even spoke about what a breath of fresh air it was to have such a wonderful experience.

Stephanie is the difference at the Captain D's on Williamsburg Rd. I visited there tonight and 360 has occurred there for the better. I don't have issue with teenagers working but in the past it was too much horse playing, attitude and orders being wrong. Thank you for the new management and crew. Stephanie keep that southern charm we need more of that in VA.

The first time I went, I stayed in the drive thru line 20 minutes. Ugh!!
This time, they actually parked cars and bought the food out. It was hot, delicious, and worth the wait this time. I'm glad I decided to give them another chance. You will have to wait, so don't go if you are in a hurry or impatient
