Little Caesars

I love little Caesar’s BUT their workers have ZERO people skills, Managers are terrible... they never hire good employees.. the manager threw my pizza in the box (as shown in picture) my pizza has never looked like this. When we pulled up, My boyfriend said “hello,”The manager was standing right in front of us playing with the cash register while we stared at him waiting for a reply.. he sat there for awhile without saying a word. He then walked away and never came back.. i waited a while before taking it as disrespect but after waiting 5 more minutes he still never came to help us nor did he call anyone to help us.. NOTHING. (We could LITERALLY see him walking back and forth doing absolutely nothing in the kitchen ) which caused for us to park the car and walk inside.. when we came inside to get our food he STILL didn’t acknowledge us. The disrespect was smacking me in my face, I mean honestly... A girl had to help us instead (barely). They make their job harder than it really need to be and act surprised when they get “nasty” customers. My boyfriend didn’t want me to say anything to him so I didn’t. I didn’t even want the food anymore. We got our food and I noticed the pizza had been thrown in the box as we were driving away (we didn’t go back because they had just closed and didn’t let anyone in).

I love little caesars but the workers here give bad consumer service! They never answer the phone and they make you wait like an hour for only two pizzas! And they also get mad when someone asks why so much time they tell you some many unnecessary stuff and like for what? I'm not trying to be rude but there are SOME workers that are gross bro! And there's always this one guy that is always so rude not even because your a women he respects you! I don't even think he respects his own mother! I just put 1 star to be able to post this comment.

This place….I go to order on my app, nope they aren’t excepting online orders so I go to call ahead and use the phone, order ahead gas is pretty expensive these days so I’d like to have it ready when I get there so I can leave…. they don’t answer the phone either. When we get there, the doors are locked the drive-through is closed and they say they’re only excepting online orders 🤨and when I attempted to make an online order right there in front of his face and showed him the message that said we are not excepting online orders he just looked at me like, oh well. Don’t even get me started on the other locations. Little Caesars employees customer service skills have gone downhill significantly. Why don’t they close temporary like, until they can get it together because dang….its pretty rough.

Pizza was great..the service sucked and staff was the most pathetic group I have dealt with at a pizza place that was dead ...place order and first impression I get was an employee with a hoodie over her head and headphones in her ears..waited 40 minutes for a 7 dollar pizza that should have took 15 minutes considering they had next to no business...the cook and Mgr acted upset and rolled their eyes when I told them I had been waiting 30 plus min..staff gets a F-..the food gets an A

Ordered delivery.. not only did I wait over an hour for my pizza… but IT NEVER CAME.. called the store no answer.. still haven’t gotten in touch with one person (called the number they said and was on hood for over an hour with no answer) and still trying to get in touch with someone to get a refund with no luck!!! Will never order from this place again

I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this location. I won't be back, even though it is closest to home. I ordered online and didn't get my order until 10 minutes after the pickup time. The food was poorly prepared, and wrong. I was there close to 25 minutes and customer at the counter placing an order when I got there was still at the counter when I left. The customer asked for a manager and was ignored. The man on the register was in over his head with no help. Obviously a poorly managed location. First and last visit for me.

This place is horrible!!!! They close the lobby doors at 8pm and make everyone who has an online order waiting in the drive thru for more than an hour!!! Placed my order at about 7:30 and literally took them 3 hours for us to get the pizza!!! They need to work out a better plan or hire faster working employees who aren’t so RUDE!!!!!!
