Hailey was super attentive and genuinely nice -- all while simultaneously acting as hostess and server. Hooters in general is about as hit or miss as it gets. Thanks to Hailey, and her co-workers, Richmond Hooters was a solid hit!

The food and ambience is very good. The servers and the the food comes out very late, So rating low om service.

Our waitress was very sweet. She was definitely busy but would check in on us and was very transparent up front about the backup in the kitchen.

Let's start with the positives: the food was fantastic as always! And very fairly priced as well! Now for my issues... The getting rid of the mancave decorations was a lame move! Now it's like BWW and an office building had a baby. And why are there like a couple dozen TVs? How do you keep up with anything at all like that?? Also seemingly all the waitresses were more interested in talking to each other like high-school girls that sit in the back of the class. Had to get their attention to do their job multiple times and it took several tries each time to successfully get them to quit slacking off and playing on their phones or giggling/talking to one another. Bring back the chili pepper lights and maybe get a manager that actually keeps their wait staff on their toes instead of on their phones. 5.5/10, the food being good AF is the only reason it didn't get a 3/10 instead.

Went here Saturday night with a friend I hadn't seen in years. I dont think I had been to Hooters in 15 years. The wings, fries, beer and desert were all better then expected. Amber was our waitress and she kept it fun and food on the table.
Will definitely be going back!

Had a good time, all around. Two bummers: I hate the long bodied urinals. I feel like I have to dodge splashes. It was in there. I also hate that they dropped the beer cheese from the menu, but that’s how those things go.

What can I say? We traveled over 2000 miles to enjoy this atmosphere and deliciousness. Living on an island in the Caribbean is wonderful but we really miss our frequent visits to Hooters. It did not disappoint.

Food was pretty mediocre as expected. The servers, wicked hot. The hot pants they used to wear when I went years ago are way more revealing. All of my Guinness had been sitting for a bit since it was poured as the head had sunk into the glass, tasted good though. Food was kind of expensive and no prices were listed on the physical menu. Went with some friends for the UFC fight and had no issues getting seats at 8 PM when bdubs down the road was an hour wait. Overall we had a blast.
