Pizza Hut

We order from this location pretty often, it’s easy and fast 50% of the time. Just got my pizza delivered from ordering 2 hours ago. Called the restaurant an hour ago, they told me my pizza has been ready and will be on its way soon. Pizza was room temperature. Spending $20 for a pizza for it to be that way is ridiculous. Very upset tonight.

I went to this Pizza Hut for the buffet on Friday, May 30. I arrived at ll:45 with no pizza on the buffet table. I asked if they no longer had a buffet and was told that it wasn't available until 11:30. When I pointed out the time I was told because of two large orders the buffet would not be available until 12:20. I chose to wait. At 12:30 still no pizza. I decided to wait until 12:45 when I was told "because of large order" there would not be a buffet. I asked if they could just stick a pizza in and was told no. I said I was leaving and was told, I was not going to be charged for the drink that I had insisted that on being served, and was served ungraciously. The young woman acting as the manager was unready or unwilling to project managerial attributes. If I could give lower than one star I would. This is extremely disappointing as my experience with this pizza hut in the past has been good.

Arrived at this Pizza Hut location around 10:50am after I had spoke to a company operator beforehand with my questions and I was told that this location had a buffet that was $5.99 and it runs from 11am - 1:30pm. So upon arrival, my coworkers and I went in to grab a seat and use the restroom. We weren't very warmly greeted and the buffet was completely empty aside from the salad bar (which was very mediocre). We were then informed that the buffet doesn't start til 11:30am...okay, so we decided to wait it out. Around 11:38am they brought out 3 pizzas. Got a few slices, ehh, food really wasn't worth the wait. Then they started to get busy and of course the buffet didn't stay very well stocked. Even noticed that it took 20 minutes for one man, who was there dining alone, to get his beverage! At one point during my dine-in experience I had to go to the counter and ask for marinara sauce (since it wasn't on the buffet) and I had also asked one of the employees if they were putting pasta out on the bar, the young lady (slim, Caucasian with glasses) was very rude and short with her response "We don't put that on the bar anymore." Okayyyyy! Over the span of time we were there eating our lunch, my drink never once got refilled, dirty dishes were never picked up and we were never checked on. This was our first time dining at this particular establishment and I'm most certain it was also our last! Very disappointing...

Last Sunday I ordered two pizzas to be delivered. They arrived promptly but were really low quality. The crust extremely thin for stuffed crust, the bottom was burnt, there was very little sauce or toppings. For $50 after tip, for two pizzas I expected more. Won't make the mistake of ordering here again.
