Staff was friendly. Food was great buttttt they are a little stingy with the chicken & steak lol. Other than that the service & atmosphere was awesome. I will continue to go there on lunch break.

I love Chipotle, although I feel that they are rapidly being outpaced by competitors. This location is your standard burrito bowl experience, with adequate service and a lot of online orders.

Best and most consistent chipotle in Richmond. Only location I go to with any bit of confidence that it’s going to definitely be a quality visit. It’s the worth the drive to this area. 5 stars is understating!

Visit here multiple days a week and it’s consistently good. Even when there are long lines, they’re able to move people through quickly. Product is as what you’d expect from any Chipotle.

There was a line when we visited but it went down very quickly. My picky eating husband fell in love with Chipotle and we both look forward to our next visit. We were able to use tables outside which enable our fur baby to join us.
