Mcdonald's

Yesterday, I downloaded the McDonald's app. I had just used it for the first time dining inside.I don't really eat at McDonald's cause of stomach issues. I ordered a fish meal and requested the fillet to be cooked twice. The team member was very eager to please my request. Later. That day , I picked up my son to join me on a return visit since he uses the app all the time. We were in the drive thru, He was using my McDonald's app to order, and he was using his. I was repeating the order to the drive-thru member as when my son was saying it to me. I had some rewards and was trying to use them. A few wrong items were selected. There was some confusion. The team member was so calm and polite , by that time, I was holding up the line, trying to correct my order . The team member kept a wholesome facial expression The manager came to assist and promptly fix the issue. Very professional demeanor. I apologize for the mix-up and hold-up.

Decent customer service, the french fries were very short and length from what I’m used to when I go to McDonald’s around the world. Another thing that I missed on the french fries was the salt… The iconic oversalted McDonald’s fries were 100% under salted this time. The sprite was as usual amazing. The location is decent with plenty of parking around the building and nearby. It only took me five minutes to get my food in the drive-through.
