O'charley's

Stopped in O'Charley's restaurant in Richmond. A few patrons scattered about. We were seated in Tiffany's section. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken which came with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli. My husband ordered the chicken tenders meal which came with Mac and cheese and grilled asparagus. It took quite a while for our food to be prepared. The yeast rolls were HOT AND FRESH. The best part of the dinner! Tiffany ate her food in another section of dining room while we waited and waited. Another server brought our food out. Chicken and sweet potatoes were hot. The chicken was drizzled with honey. They had placed a napkin under sweet potato dish.. which soaked up honey. Broccoli was COLD!! Would I order again. NO!! My husband's chicken tenders and asparagus were good! Mac and cheese was COLD!!! Tiffany never ask about our meals at all. Lot of good places to eat in Richmond... O'Charley's you can do better!!

I love this place! Delicious food and good service always!! It sometimes takes a while for the food to come out or to get service due to the short staffing issues that most places are having due to COVID-19 but they some how make it work out anyways. Thank you for the wonderful service and the best catfish lol I really love the catfish here it's not overly battered like some places do. It's seasoned perfectly as well! Bur we come here a lot as a family and never have issues getting seated so that's a plus as well.

First visit and blown away! We had the amazing Herb, and he was the best server/waiter we've had in a while. He has the best laugh, joked with us and our kids, and made us feel very comfortable. Because of him alone we will definitely be back. The food was great as well and the kids loved it, and we have picky eaters, so that says a lot! Absolutely loved it 10/10 ❤️

The store has taken a dip downwards. The food and service was good, but the dining area is not clean. Our table was dirty and the carpet filthy. I had the waiter wipe it but it wasn't much better. They used to have a great bar, but only had 3 draft choices, all light beer. I ordered a Manhattan; it was the weakest one I've had in years. Not much reason to go back. As an update, they posted their boiler-plate response asking for my contact information, which I immediately provided. I've heard nothing from them.
