Great as usual. Just need better trained staff at the register. Had to correct kid three times about my order. Food was amazing. I always get the family meal and it feeds five of us twice

We stopped while passing through and got our meal as a carry out to eat when we got home. They did not disappoint. We live outside of Toledo and miss having Fazzoli's there. It was always good and were sad when they left the area.

Loaded baked spaghetti----------------------------Spaghetti sauce and meatballs very bland, needed much seasoning. Very, very little sauce, ALOT of noodles didn't have any coating of sauce or cheese at all. Didn't taste any bacon in it, they may of forgot to put it in. Italian sausage was the highlight of my meal, it was a VERY good quality. Very familiar taste with the breadsticks, they are good. Tasted very much like the ones I buy at Save A Lot. Also, I expected to see cannoli or spumoni on the menu. Nothing homemade. A VERY low end fast food Italian place Very disappointed!!!!

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, and I just had a mobile order... that I was already a couple minutes late picking up. I even had to remind the cashier that I was still sitting at the order board. I shouldn't have waited that long. Never should I have waited that long.

Ordered online ahead. Waited more than 30mins in drive thru. Very slow individual order processing time (~7 mins per car)

This is the best Fazoli’s location I’ve ever been to! The food is great, the place is clean and their staff is very accommodating, friendly and very professional. Special thanks to TOYA and Carol, 2 of the most hardworking people I’ve ever met, for their excellent service every time my family and I come to eat! They’ll always greet you with a smile and I’m sure their coworkers would say they are a joy to work with. Kudos to you both! 👍👍
