I have never had issues with any place like today. I am so annoyed with how the young girl at the window acted. When I was placing my order in the first place she was just rushing the entire time. I said on the speak I would like a cherry coke. When I get my order and mention I had ordered a drink she snapped back “no you didn’t” so I asked her if I could add one on because I definitely asked for one. She said “no you cannot add one on because we’re not wasting anymore time” I even heard a coworker tell her she needs to chill. They weren’t even busy. That was absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I try to avoid leaving reviews but as someone who has worked in customer service my entire life someone like that needs to find work elsewhere.

I’ve been going here for breakfast for several months now and they used to get my order right every time. recently i’ve gotten the wrong size sides, and the wrong cheese on my croissant ( i want the swiss it comes with, not the other cheese because it hurts my stomach ) and after asking to make sure it’s swiss, it still comes out wrong. i’ve had my bag of food thrown at me and treated with horrible disrespect. i work in fast food and i know how difficult it can be, but the customer service should NEVER be this bad. coworkers were yelling at each other with me at the window as well…i love the food but i will not be returning to this location

The people here are incompetent. They gave our food to the wrong person, LET THEM DIG THROUGH IT, and then tried to give it to us. As if that wasn't bad enough, when we asked for new food to be made, they gave us the wrong food. We asked for a refund and we were told they "didn't do refunds". I don't recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about the quality of their food.
