Loved the service and the food. I couldn't thank u enough for the hospitality them young ladies had helping me with the app and our coupons holding up the line. Great service girls!!

The last one I visited was in Oxford OH and I was more than not pleased. Very small portion for full price cost.

Stay away!! Gave me a lite portion of Pollo Asado. This was a pick up order so they could have made more, but instead they decided to screw me out of my meat. Really that is THEFT. Will not return.

Tried to order chips with my order through doordash. I spoke to the Manger that told me they would add chips to my order despite being unable to do it through the doordash app. The manager suggested I go to the chipotle website and leave a complaint. Manager says they have been trying to fix this issue for about 3 months. Manager stated that the IT department won't listen to them. The manager did not add the chips to my order like they said they would. I'm a Manager at a local food store, so I know this is not what you say to your valued customers. The General Manager for this location needs to be fired.
