Meet Fresh

We went in on a cold summer day in July. We have eaten at other Meet Fresh and went specifically for their Mango desserts. While we came for Mango Desserts, we were not disappointed with backup options. The shaved ice options are beautifully presented and Instagram ready. This is not a table-side service, tables were dirty so bring wet wipes with you. You will need to order at the counter, pick up your food at the counter when your buzzer is activated, and return any dirty dishes and cutlery to the back upon completion. Not a huge deal, just something to know when you come. You will leave happy after having dessert here...we did!

Arrived at 8pm. Although there was only one group ahead of us, we still waited for 15-20 minutes for an order of shaved ice. Employees were chatting amongst themselves. Napkins were out and not being refilled. Order was delivered without utensils. First set of spoons were dirty. We asked for clean spoons only to see the same level of stains on the spoon. Display of very poor management overall. Hope the management improves the quality. Very disappointed so we wont return for a while.

I went here couple times. The dessert was ok, but little bit pricey. Same with other people share, the service was very bad. The clerk guy was rude! Overall, not recommended this place. That’s too many places are better service than here. If you spend money and got bad service that effect your mood, what’s the point right?!
