Ordered the zinger box combo. The chicken in the burger was small and dry, and the two hot wings were dry and hard. I ordered during lunch time so it's not like it would've been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. Won't be coming back...

The chicken sandwich is as small as a McDonals Cheeseburger. I loved KFC but this is ridiculous. Popeyes has three times the chicken for the same price. Smarten up head office, you'll go bankrupt.

The service at the KFC is fine. It isn’t exceptional, but as far as fast food locations go, you get what you pay for.

Got a rude cashier holding a straw, was extremely impatient and rude. Food I got was ok, but 3 pieces of chicken I ordered, 2 of them were skinny tiny drumsticks that looked dry. I had better ones elsewhere.

Low quality food. Next time I will go somewhere else. Fries were soggy and oily. Chicken piece was very small.

Second and last time I will eat at this KFC both times my food is cold the fries stale tasting and cold SAVE YOUR MONEY eat elsewhere

KFC in general is a a guilty pleasure. The fried skin is often so greasy it makes me sick afterwards but it is very flavorful. Their sandwiches are a little better. The coleslaw is nothing special and heavy in mayonnaise. Staff are ok, and food comes out quickly. They have parking through the mall. Transit is the Canada line and the bus hub.
