I had a lovely Sunday roast with my family, including some splendid desserts, with great service from the waiters. I strongly recommend the creme brûlée, it’s a great way the end the lunch.

Fab treasure of a pub; friendly staff, really the best Sunday roast I've had in a while (and I have been doing some serious local research) - roast potatoes were divine (no reheating going on here), no skimping on the meat either and great quality. Thanks team

The food was amazing here. Amazing atmosphere with very friendly bar staff. Definitely would go again. The menu is outdated on here and the prices are a few pounds extra but it was worth it.

This pub in a tiny alley is such a great spot to enjoy Richmond’s sun. We booked it for lunch, and got the chance to sit on the terrace which was really nice and cosy! The service was great, super nice and welcoming. The food was great, especially the chicken liver parfait and the chicken breast. My only “barely” negative comment is the cheese soufflé was tasty but the sauce was a bit too much and liquidy that it almost became like a soup… but it was too much mustard taste for me to drink it as a soup. I would also recommend putting more ice cubes in the gin and tonic on a hot day, so it really cools down the drink :) our gin and tonic just wasn’t cool enough to drink when it was a 30 degree day. But otherwise great spot, I recommend and would come back again!

Lovely pub with fantastic food! Their bbq meats are so good! Also recommend trying their burger of the month - this month it’s the Croquenheimer and Barbie at the Vegan burgers 🍔 They’ve got a huge selection of whiskey and other drinks. There all lots of great deals on the weekdays and make sure you don’t miss their £7 Margarita Mondays!

Celebrated my Fathers 72nd birthday here and it was exceptional. Amazing food, great service and beautiful terrace. Would highly recommend.

Had a delicious Sunday roast here! Staff were very friendly and the terrace upstairs was lovely. Portion size could have been a bit bigger and the tiramisu was more like a sponge cake with cream, but I enjoyed this place!

Lovely pub with spectacular terrace. Did not expect this. However, I'd suggest diversifying the menu a little and printing out the full menu list. As a "pub" you'd expect to know what's on offer. It doesn't feel like a pub though, definitely more of a restaurant so maybe it just needs repositioning. Slightly overpriced...again...for a pub...hence the suggestion to market it properly.

Yum! Yum! & YUM! Such a wonderful lunch - great atmosphere thanks to the front of house team and fab food thanks to the chef and kitchen team. My mama reckoned it was the best meal out she has eaten in ages

A hidden gem. Looked like a decent place when we just popped in for lunch, was not expecting the food to be quite so good. Really delicious 2 course set menu. Sat in the terrace at the back on a nice summer's day, lovely staff, we will definitely be back.

My second time eating at the Britannia. First time was with a group of 4 couples (8) and then just with my partner. This second visit we went early, sat in the roof terrace and just had a lovely evening. Food is very nice, worth the price. I’d go back again

Lovely pub in a atmospheric laneway. Really good service from the staff. The beer garden is a little small and cramped but has a good buzzy atmosphere. The food was nice and well presented. A bit pricey but that's Richmond. Could easily get very comfortable in this pub and spend a great deal of time here. Recommended.
