Zizzis is a no brainer whenever I can't decide where I want to eat , I just end up here. The food ranges from average to nice. Decent selection of vegetarian food. Pizzas are nice. Staff is friendly.
My favourite Italian Restaurant in the world! I have been to this outlet atleast 100 times and never been disappointed. taste is consistent, portions are filling and ambience is good. my favourite is Strozzapreti Pesto Rosso pasta along with glass of any of their house red wine..
My God, what a good italian food! I had the raviolis, no complaints about. I strongly recommend!!
The area was clean and very welcoming. The food was good but we waited too long to even receive the starter. What bothered me the most was that the people who came after us received their food before us.
I was satisfied with my Vegan food.
The caramalised onion flatbread was yummy and the sticky pig half and half pizza was really yummy. Limited kids menu but 3 courses for £7.95 was good
Fantastic real Italian Restaurant near the riverside of Richmond - Great place to eat & unwind in a very relaxing restaurant,food is great & drinks are awesome,served in very cold glasses - Staff are excellent,very friendly & helpful - I highly recommend you visit,when in Richmond Upon Thames Surrey!!!
Excellent for a chain. We were shown to a table quickly, without a reservation. The staff were friendly, charming and helpful. Drinks and food were served quickly and efficiently. The dishes looked and tasted authentic. Originally I thought it a little overpriced but, on reflection, that meal in an independent restaurant would probably cost around 30% more so I have no complaints at all. Thanks to all the staff.
I cannot fault the service here at all. Everyone who works here is a delight. We were waited by Daniel and he was absolutely great! A pleasure to have been served by him. I used to waitress and I can say he was brilliant!
The food was absolutely amazing, everything was fresh and very tasty. Also, even though we did arrived 30 minutes before opening time Roland welcomed us and let us in. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.
Our waitress was most helpful in getting my discount voucher for me. She was very patient and provided fantastic service.

I've been with my girlfriend, and the food was absolutely amazing! The rustica pizza is a must if you want any advice... the staff is superfriendly and welcoming, the two managers Maria and Roland really amazing people and I'm definitely coming back!
ZIZZI one of most famous Italian restaurant chain in England like American brand called Olive Garden in USA they are almost at most High streets in London same menu at all restaurants lasagnas, Pizzas,Pastas and salads with different ingredients I must say food is bit standart but their pizzas are very tasty just like my taste garlic bread with mozarella and hanging prawns as starter very good.I tried Richmond and chiswick branches at both restaurants service was fine they are trying their best....
