Had a fantastic meal here tonight, staff were very welcoming and the service was brilliant, would definitely recommend eating here.
Good food, good service, great atmosphere. Our desert apparently was delayed, not that we noticed - but they apologised and deducted them from our bill. Definitely recommend it and will definitely go back.

The menu was great with decent selection of food to choose from, I had the Freshly Battered Line Caught Cod & Chips, which was absolutely delicious, the pea purée was amazing!
Great atmosphere, restaurant was tastefully decorated, background music was subtle and we could carry out a conversation without struggling to hear each other.
I would especially like to mention the wonderfully friendly Owen, who treated us so well, he was just the most adorable young man and an absolute asset to the business! My mum (who worked many years in the industry) was really impressed with Owen’s manner and attentiveness. In fact, we were so impressed, we left Owen a larger tip than usual. We will certainly be back again!
We had a lovely Sunday roast here ‘Kudos’ to the chefs the food was delicious and the presentation was on point! Me and my boyfriend both had the ‘Trio of roasts’ definitely good value for money they was huge! Pudding was yummy too ‘Summer Pavlova’ I’m glad we shared this because again big portions! ;-) Service was excellent from Rachel and her Team we was made to feel welcome from start to finish. Don’t judge a book by its cover and walk past this place as you’ll be pleasantly surprised when you walk in! :-)

I was DJing at this place and it's great! I had a great time DJing here. There was an ample amount of space to dance and it was great for the party. Would highly recommend this place for staff parties 👏🏻
I booked a team day at One Kew Road as we needed meeting space, catering and a team-building option in central Richmond. Everything was fantastic, a great space upstairs, plenty of room for a presentation and 4 work groups. Lunch was excellent, really good selection with gluten and lactose free choices, everyone commented on how good it was. We did cocktail-making in the afternoon which they organised for us - it was a great choice to have some fun as a team-building activity. We thoroughly enjoyed the day, Rachel and the whole team were fantastic, very polite and responsive, absolutely recommend OKR!
Exceptional service from the manager Rachel. She was very helpful and obviously enjoyed her work. Very pleasant manner and a credit to the company. Also the food was delicious too.
I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at One Kew Road and have to say everything especially the service was fantastic. A huge thank you to Rachel for going above and beyond with her care of our table, exceptional service, she is a real credit to the team at One Kew Road.
