The last time I visited London, both my aunts took me out for shopping on the last day of stay there. When we all got so tired of hopping from one shop to another, we stopped at Paul to have some tea and quick bites. Being a holiday, it was crowded and only one person to attend the customers. Somehow we managed to get a table which was dirty because of the previous customers. We had to wait for too long to get it cleaned as the staff was limited. Finally, we ordered tea and breads for ourselves, which was undoubtedly refreshing and fresh, respectively. This experience could have been better, still it was fine by the time we finished our refreshments.
Every time I have a chance I'll come here after a walk to enjoy a nice cappuccino and buy multi-cereal Bread. It's quite pricey but it's so good!
Service was quick and friendly. I had the Camembert and chutney sesame baguette which was very nice. Bread was a little on the firm side and did give me abit of jaw workout, but I do like crusty bread so it wasn't terrible
Lovely staff and reliably good products with nice seasonal offerings. I'd usually go for an independent, not a chain but Paul is easily the best of the cafes along the main shopping street. Much better value than Oree, too.
As usual, I am impressed by the decor and their cakes and macaroons! During the pandemic, the cleanliness is commendable, the glass front at check out is impressive. I think amongst all the coffee chains in the UK, the make the best coffee at a reasonable price (beating Nero and definitely a cut above Costa).
I love their fresh croissants as well. Hand sanitisers are placed Al around the shop floor. They do some good deals at times as well.
Absolutely delicious Cannelle and other goodies. Never disappoints.
The French bakery was clean and most of all air conditioned. We had iced coffee and beetroot and feta sour dough baguettes. Then we had a blueberry custard slice that tasted delicious.
I would eat there again as it seemed safe and clean.
The well known French bakery. Great for pasyries, cakes and coffee. Especially the freah croissantsvin the morning are my favoritw. The staff is friendly and there are plenty of space to sit.
Love the patisserie here. The Paris-Brest is my all time favourite!!
Strawberry Fraisier, everyone should try it 🍓❤️😋 Paul Richmond never fails. Don't forget to ask for you complementary Happy Birthday plaque 🎂😁
The second branch of Paul that I have visited. The coffee , pastries and cake on offer are excellent. The prices for the cake and pastries are expensive compared to other outlets, but are so delicious.
Nice place, high quality almond croissants and friendly staff. Highly recommended
