Good pub to stop over and catch up with friends for a drink. Even we have been there on Fridays, it's loud so you can actually chat and unwind after a long day. Wine selection is not remarkable only but the Rioja great. There is a bit if parking and after some time you can get free parking outside
Good pub grub, draft beer and tea/coffee in a traditional, authentic, English public house.
A proper London boozer. The landlord is great and they have Irish crisps and pop which my daughter enjoyed very much. Will have to try the grub next time as the menu looked top notch. Much more down to earth than other pubs in the area.
Great pub, very nice staff (including the landlord), one of the best (if not the best) Guinness you can get in London. No nonsense pub.
Been cycling past this place for years, noticed that it serves Thai food but have never gone in. Today that changed as I had a red curry urge. Really nice, proper boozer. Well kept, good selection of beers and helpful bar staff. Went for the red curry with chicken and a cheeky chicken satay on the s
A nice local feeling with reasonable prices, a choice of Thai food or English foods. Friendly dogs welcomed.
Fast, friendly service on a Thursday evening. The tasty English and Thai food was served in generous portions and well received by all. Two casks ales available and all needs of our small party catered for with a smile. Would recommend.
A Young's house. I had a good pint of ordinary, my friend said the Guinness he had was very good. Good atmosphere, good service. Enjoyed watching a lovely darts match.
Great pub. I had a really good pint of Guinness and a delicious Chicken Pad Thai in the Beer Garden.
Stayed nearby in Premier Inn for a two week work assignment. Ate at this pub regularly during that period. Very good food and friendly environment. Recommended.
The pub and character is so perfectly old fashioned run but good staff and solid run. Good bar food menu and great for social happy and upsetting events. MP
Stayed at the nearby Premier Inn and called in here for an evening meal. Delicious food, reasonably priced & staff very friendly. Would recommend.
