My best GBK experience and i have eaten in quite a few across London. They have a fantastic new menu and would definitley recommend the lamb burger. Their triple chilli hot sauce is to die for. The atmosphere is chilled; slightly industrial look is aesteticslly pleasing and areas are clean and bright. Friendly staff; student discount is taken if you have the app so makes for a cheap eat if on a budget. Great location by the river. Would recommend!
I had the beef burger because you count on GBK to give you the most delicious beef burger. I highly recommend!!! The onion rings were MASSIVE had to take them home with me 🤣😂😂 its a good place to eat y'all!
I ordered the classic cheese with smoked cheese double patty. It was delicious. The onion rings were perfect. I asked for medium rare patties bit what arrived at my table was medium-well. Once I asked they apologised and offered another burger as a replacement. And since I already had half of it. They packed it for me as a take away. A nice gesture which I really liked. The burger was delicious even when it was not cooked to my tasting.
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, excellent burgers. Highly recommend installing the app, they really have a lot of deals and offers.
The food is always amazing. To be honest, there are so many good burgers here that I never know which one to choose. The service is amazing to. I will never understand why they don't do table service, however the short interactions with the staff are always pleasant and nice. If I had to be really really picky, in my today's visit the chunky chips were a bit too oily for my taste. Still a top experience though, would definitely recommend.
Great burgers and milkshakes!!! Excellent dining space, with comfy seating and really open feeling to the restaurant. Really good value meals and a decent variety to choose from. The veggie options look good too and I think the overall menu has been well thought out for a burger joint. I like this part of Richmond and the GBK location was spot on after a stroll through one end of the high street to the other, where it was not crowded and we didn't feel rushed at all when going in to eat.
Staff were all polite and friendly. I liked the laid back vibe, so if you're not in a rush and chilled then you'll like this for what it is.
Strange place really. Kind of a cross between a fast food joint and a restaurant. You order at the desk or through the app and then a waitress brings it over when it's ready. Several good deals on the app and online however. This particular restaurant is in a great location with a view from Richmond Hill. Probably a good thing to do if you want a quick meal in a restaurant setting basically. Burgers pretty nice, small portions of chips. It is what it is.
Good atmosphere, friendly staff and relatively faster service than in other GBK branches (*that I`ve visited so far);
I like a lot their burger that seems to me very authentic. Also, the onion rings are amazing and a sparkly light lemonade is unavoidable part of a full meal for me.
Would like to highlight their milkshakes as well that is by itself can replace a really good dessert that you may craving for after a tasty & nutritive meal.
Fantastic food, brilliant service. Food came out at a fast pace, was cooked to excellence and the staff were very welcoming. Only quaral I have is that the nandos-esque system of using an app/paying at the counter instead of a waiter/waitress taking your order isn't very well advertised.
Loved the menu and how adaptable to menu was to suit my tastes.
Also milkshakes were 10/10. Overall highly recommended.
Burgers are tasty. Chips with skin on ok, but the all in one menu had added a fizz. Finger and mint. Very refreshing. The place itself is open, many tables and the waitress was really pleasant.
