Yes, it’s a costa, what do you expect? well today i didn’t expect a lovely meme we of staff to remember me (i’m not a regular customer) and my drink order, i also didn’t expect how friendly the staff were towards me. i work local and (years ago) used to go to school locally and i’m confident in saying it’s definitely gotten better over the years and, genuinely, all the staff i’ve ever had the pleasure of having a real conversation with are lovely. unfortunately i don’t remember her name but the lady that served me today was so nice it put me in the best mood before work, thank you :) (sn: costa isn’t as expensive as most make it out to be)

We travel to this Costa every day of the week even though it’s not our local one, as the coffee is always consistently excellent, along with the service and cleanliness. Knocks spots of all other coffee shops.

Costa, every time, over not-nearly-as-good-coffee St*rbucks just a few doors down.
Pleasant atmosphere. Be good if the staff could attend a bit more to clearing tables, rather than leaving up to customers.
All good though, and staff always friendly.
