Mcdonald's

Spent $28 on 2 dried out Quarter Pounder meals, a Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal that was burnt up, and a Happy meal ( that she forgot to give me, I drove about a good car-length, stopped and walked back to the window, the man backed up a little so I could tell her, and she shoved it at me). Chic picture 📷 next. My grandson couldn't eat it. We live 11 miles from McD and I was NOT driving back out there and meet their Attitudes. Something needs to be done there. You always get wrong things or whole orders.

The food was dry and cold. Double cheeseburger had burnt ends, was cold and was very sloppy and had ketchup on the top of the bun. Husband got a bacon quarter pounder and it was cold and he ask for no onions and they added extra onions. The fries were cold and hard. The wait was ridiculous for only one car in line at the time of our arrival. Staff was far from friendly. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Went to the McDonald’s in Ripley Tn ordered was told to pull up due to holding on fries . 27 minutes later no one bring them . Went back through the drive thru the waitress said they couldn’t take anymore orders . Told them I have already ordered and paid but didn’t receive all my order . She got mad cause I you’d her I wanted fresh food that the shut was cold they need to close the doors or hire better employees .

Big sign saying lobby open, saw several people come out and go in. Finished mobile order kids going inside to get their food, doors locked at 7. Went to drive thru to get order, no one else there but me for a few mins. Girl on speaker told me to wait then another car pulls up and they start taking his order.

I went to McDonald’s last week on Wednesday ordered a Big Mac meal I get back to work and can’t chew the meat it was soooo hard I call the manager and she tells me she would remake it and add my name in the book so today @4:50 pm 3/6/2022 I go to McDonald’s to redeem a Big Mac only not the meal the manager on shift denies the Big Mac and want even come and talk but seriously when I pay $10 for a meal and you mess it up there should be no questions asked smh😡

This Mcdonalds was one of the worst I have ever been to and to make matters worse all doors were open and the manager wouldn’t let me place an order because she said drive thru only and I asked her how is that when the doors are open but I really think a lot of these people need to find another job especially the first shift manager and I think her name was Shana or something but I will never frequent this place again and what is your cleanliness record because it was pretty dirty and I have pictures to prove it!!!
