My wife and I had heard about this place through word of mouth for serving great, authentic, Indian cuisine. We weren’t disappointed! We went for lunch and had a brilliant, very reasonably priced meal. I loved the place; Lovely atmosphere and clearly an important part of the community for some of the patrons, A great quirky mix of English / Indian tea room, A brilliant menu with a huge assortment of teas and cakes to top off the brilliant Indian food, The food itself was fantastic, full of great flavours and ingredients, And the service was absolutely spot on - super attentive and very very friendly. I would highly recommend this place . In fact, if you’re passing through Ripon, don’t leave without calling in! It’s great to see somewhere that’s a bit different , serving great food and building a great reputation. Thank you Realitea!

Great spot for a brunch, something a little different. Good amount of vegan options and I can highly recommend the channa brunch; the paratha are incredible.

What a unique offering. Stunning authentic Indian cuisine mixed in with a traditional British tea room. Beautiful food, packed with multi layered flavour, a tea list that made a hobby tea drinker very excited to sample. Cakes to absolutely die for, again very clever flavours. Will 100% be returning

Loved it. There were lots of vegan and vegetarian options plus plenty for the meat eaters amongst us, which are becoming more rare as it is vegan products that are really taking off. The vegan options were delicious and I was told that the meat eaters version was excellent too. They came on a tray not dissimilar to a Tali tray. The staff were excellent at upselling and asked us for drinks first and sweets afterwards. All in all a tremendous experience and the main meals cost less than ten pounds.

A beautiful fusion of Indian restaurant and traditional Yorkshire tearooms, in food and in decor. An especially friendly and welcoming place .
