Friendly service. With this layout better signing of the need to select toasties before queuing is needed as new customers hold the queue up while they go back to fetch the their choice of toastie.

We visited to escape the howling rain just before lunchtime on a Wednesday. I don't know if it was the place or the weather, but it was surprisingly busy, yet there were still tables free.

Conveniently placed for a cup of coffee just off Ripon's Market Square. There was a bit of a queue because of Covid distancing, but the staff were frie5and helpful and sanitized the window seats we asked to sit in.
Never a "Fast" option but the coffee is awesome and is worth the wait.
Normally one of my favourite costas but had to have take away cups this time due to a technical issue. Also annoys me When I have to remind the barista to use skimmed milk. Pleasant visit though
