Hired Ede's for a 50 person catering event. They showed up early and set up quickly. The food was fresh made and tasted incredible. When their catering window ended I was left with all the leftovers and some serving trays with disposable burners to hold out for the rest of the event. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Really busy during lunch since they are the place to go for Ripon High School students. But if you wait for them to leave, you'll have the patio to eat you amazing tacos.

A perfect place for the family. Taco Tuesday starts at 3 PM and goes to 9, and I can't recommend the $1.25 authentic street tacos enough. Make a trip to Historic Ripon! Your tummy will be happy you did.

Good food, really good salsa, friendly staff and fast service, If you like Mexican food this is a good place to eat, family oriented, local family runs it, so support your local restaurants, they need the community now more than ever.

Even though this place is super busy every time, they still manage to provide excellent service and great food! I really like the tostadas - the other two Mexican restaurants in Ripon tend to serve tostada that are too wet and the tortilla becomes soggy but not at Ede's. I can make it home and still enjoy crispy tostadas. Highly recommend!
