Togo's Sandwiches

I have been eating at this Togo's for quite a few years and even worked at this location. I have been disappointed the last few times I have come but did not feel the need to be vocal about it until today. I normally order a meatball with no cheese and typically get told they're out of meatballs or sauce regardless of what time I come in. Typically the service is not too bad but today I am truly appauled by AnaMaria. She not only speaks to customers with blatant attitude but her coworkers as well, telling her coworkers to not come at her sideways and making a huge scene about who messed up the sandwich as if it matters who fixes the mistake. She is so disrespectful in all aspects of her performance at work. Very unprofessional and the fellow worker she was speaking to was speechless. As someone who has worked in food service I'm disgusted by the treatment in this location.

I have been eating Togo’s for over 35 years now and I always order the same sandwich. I am very very disappointed with the quality of the Hot Roast beef. I ordered it and there was hardly any meat, not like it should when I get it in Modesto. The bread was flat and had hardly any lettuce and onion. This is my 2nd time at this location. I am spending more here than at Subway. I just feel really unhappy with this purchase today.

Went in on 4/23 to order ONE sandwich. One man in front me being helped by one employee. The other employee is still at register. After about 10 minutes with no help I walked out to my car to place an order for pick up. Call it in and waited with my kids in the car. 15 minutes was the wait time. I waited 20 just be sure. I went in, asked if my order was ready. Not one other customer inside, she says I’m just making it. I left. Over 25 minutes for a sandwich. I’m currently a pregnant frontline worker and Togo’s was my craving. Big let down. Spoke with manager, she stated they had big orders and mine was missed. Only one person was making orders the whole time so I don’t understand why the manager could help anyone. Togos did a good job today of making me feel insignificant and unimportant.

Stopped at Togo's to have something different. Haven't eaten at a togo's in forever. The food options were good. I had an egg salad that was great. Much like the way I make it. The roast beef is also excellent as well. My wife had a pretty nice salad. So they have decent options and better quality than subway. They're a bit more expensive but, you get what you pay for. The service was fast and courteous.

I ordered through the app yesterday (9/1/2020) for curbside delivery. I thought this was a good option for social distancing during Covid. The app said to call the restaurant when you arrive for them to bring it out to your car. I called twice while outside and no one answered the phone. So I walked in a got my food. There was only one other customer inside at that point. No reason they shouldn’t have answered the phone. Then... my order was wrong.
