Knuth Brewing Company

I was in the neighborhood of Ripon and wanted nachos. After a bit of research infield Knuth. The nachos didn't disappoint and the panini was even better. That being said the place was extremely busy and if you don't know it's self seating pay at the register and serve yourself the signs suggesting this are small and off to the side. The atmosphere was nice but again very busy. The nachos had a kick to them so if you don't like spicy might want to tamper down. I also had to have a piece of pizza and it was goof too. Craft beers were delicious and this is a great place to come eat and support local. Will be back if in the area again!

This is my favorite pizza in Ripon, my wife and I generally eat here once a week. Employees are always friendly, and my order is always ready at the time they communicate on the phone. Beer is good as well! Occasionally I will get a crust that is a little over-charred, but it's a delicate balance when cooking with an open flame. The Thai pizza is great and so is just a classic pepperoni, if you haven't yet give them a try!
