I have been to this location 2 times, and both times, the food has been pretty good, but I have been incredibly unimpressed with the service. Not with any of the employees, but always with the assumed owner. I have worked in retail and food service for many years, mainly as general manager or as a district manager, and I can say the owner provides some of the most lackluster service I've ever seen. As other reviews have stated, it genuinely feels like your attempt to put money in the till is an inconvenience to him. You'd think in our current economic climate, and with subway being 1 BUILDING AWAY, he would want to retain the business he has, sadly his service indicates otherwise. I am not expecting the world here, either, but a smile and a generally friendly disposition goes a long way in short interactions. If I do choose to return to this location, I will be ordering online in advance as to not disturb the owner with my presence.

Everything felt rush when got there. I didnt even get a second to look at the menu. The cashier was just rushing me through and he wasnt really that friendly for working in the customer service industry.
The sub was good. I've eaten at cousins before but I feel $20 is high for a sub, a soda and some curds.

They have a sign posted that states they honor competitors coupons, and they REFUSED to honor. They stated it must be within reason. I was spending (if honored) in the ballpark of 30$. 3 subs & 3 fries. I contacted the store who allowed me to contact "manager" David. His reponse was as follows to my complaint. I said, you have this sign posted, yet you will not honor it. He says, It's within reason. I replied, then the sign should state this. He says, not changing it, never had a problem. I asked for corporate number and he told me to look it up. Extremely, unprofessional. I did find the contact information and a complaint has been lodged.

Ordered the "muenster steak sandwich" and fries online. Sandwich was awesome, but what really impressed was that the fries were kept in a basket till I arrived to stay crisp, instead of being shoved in to a bag to get soggy. Probably delayed my pickup by 15 sec but worth it.

The owner / manager is never in a good mood. In fact if you would like a good sub but grumpy bad service this is the place for you. I have been here multiple times and am always treated like dirt. Store is clean and food taste good. Attitude is HORRIBLE from the owner. It’s like your are bothering them giving them your business. Eat at your own risk.

I'm here from out of town with my best friend and her family. The food was typical. But the way David talks to his employees is astonishing. Ive worked in the service industry almost my whole working life and if I had a manager talk to me that way in front of customers, I'd walk right out. I mentioned it to my company and they told me "he's always like that."
He asked a girl "is your mind even here?" In the most condescending tone. He repeated "Philly cheese" at least 4x while looking the girl on grill right in the eyes as she's separating cheese slices. It was embarrassing to watch. I felt so bad for the staff.
