Need a bigger sign to say it's open. Took a chance and the staff were very pleased to see us. They were very helpful.

Too cold to sit inside. The air con is set to arctic. Sat in the car.
A bit expensive but we needed a coffee.
Unless you know it's there - little warning of turn off carriageway - disappointment at missed coffee.....again
Starbucks coffee is the best and the people that work there are very nice, always smiling and friendly and helpful. I'm a regular to the store

the staff are always friendly and polite and it's usually not too busy so you get served quick. the restaurant is always clean and tidy and there is ample seating inside and a couple of tables outside too for days when the weather is nice. there's a good sized carpark that's shared with the gregg's
